I am a graduate of the Department of Building, Architecture, and Environmental Engineering of the Łódź University of Technology. I have 10 years of experience in the building sector. In that period, I acquired the practical knowledge in the matters related to implementation of building investments – from learning about the so-called construction practice, through the Construction Law with a number of related regulations, construction tenders, cost estimates, technical specifications, to issues connected with Occupational Health and Safety. I started my work as construction engineer. Then, by gaining qualifications to manage construction works without limitations to the construction and building specialty, I started to work on supervision over investments, performing the role of the site manager and the investor’s supervision inspector. During that period, I worked, among others, on implementation of the following projects: industrial halls, administration and office buildings, reinforced concrete tanks, single-family houses, modernization of railway infrastructure, and demolition of building structures.
My long-term experience and involvement in a number of various investments, as well as the constant improvement of my knowledge (participation in trainings, conferences, coordination meetings, courses, etc.) should guarantee the reliability and professionalism of services I provide.
