Pursuant to the Labor Code dated 26 June 1974 (with further amendments):

Occupational health and safety

Chapter I

Basic obligations of the employer

Art. 207. § 1. The employer shall be liable for the status of health and safety at the plant. The scope of employer’s responsibilities shall not be affected by obligations of the employees within the scope of occupational health and safety and entrusting performance of tasks related to health and safety to specialists from outside the plant, which has been referred to in art. 23711 § 2.

analysis of the status of OHS at plants,
preliminary and periodical training,
preparation of assessments of occupational risk for specific positions,
consultation and support in preparation of position-based OHS instructions,
preparation of post-accident documentation,
maintenance of records of work accidents and occupational diseases,
conduction of constant inspections of working conditions and compliance with OHS regulations at plants,
support in choosing measures personal and collective protection,
preparation of the yearly analysis of OHS status in the company,

Training within the scope of OHS

preliminary training:
general instructions,
position-based instructions,
periodical training:
- for employers who perform tasks of OHS service
- for employers and other persons managing the employees,
- for employees employed as manual workers,
- for engineers and technicians,
- for employees of occupational health and safety services and persons who perform the tasks of those services,
- for administration and office workers and other employees that are listed in § 14 section 2 point 5 of the

Preparation of assessments of occupational risk

preparation of assessments of occupational risk for certain positions,
